we know we wont be going back there, if they havent figured it out yet, they probably wont, get rid of managers and hire competent staff. it should state on their website, craps table only open saturday night after 6 pm they had an electronic roll to win table, not my cup of tea.why they couldnt open half a table, not sure.been in many small casinos where they only operate half a table. more bosses then dealers.ridiculous, poor management.actually very poor management. there were plenty of pit bosses, at one point I noticed 7 people in the pit yapping standing around while there were maybe 8 card tables open.
we ended up driving back to valley forge casino for dice table. pitboss said they dont have staff, which I dont get, theyve had years to plan this casino, while it was being built, and have been open for a year, why dont they have staff. Our casino floor has more than 2,500 of the hottest and newest.
craps table was only open one night we were there from 6 pm and thats it, not any other nights, only saturday. Hollywood Casino at The Meadows is home to the most dynamic and exciting casino in Pittsburgh. Casino istelf is ok, typical small casino.
